Accommodation at Buffelshoek Dirosie Lodge

The Main Lodge, which is the original farm house, comprises of 6 bedrooms with bird names and each with their own bathroom and a communal lounge with a fireplace. The Lodge can accommodate up to 15 guests.

Just a few meters from the lodge there are another 6 rooms with antelope’s names with each having their own bathroom as well. The rooms can accommodate a couple or a family of four or more by closing or opening some doors.

There are also fully equipped self-catering units at Buffelshoek Dirosie Lodge. These free-standing units offer unique views facing the mountains and the Mountain View Cottage is the most secluded unit – offering true privacy nestled at the foot of the mountain.

Rates are room dependent and fully self-catering. Contact us to discuss what you’re looking for and how we can accommodate. For groups of 10 or more, meals and other options can be discussed so be sure to enquire when making your booking.

Guesthouse Dirosie Lodge

The guesthouse dirosie lodge have six bedrooms with bathrooms and a communal living room area with a main outside braai and kitchen area.

Gemsbok – Holiday units

There are seven units with six bathrooms and are used by groups, conference delegates and families.

Springbok units – Living units

There are five units with five bathrooms. The braai areas in front of the units area divided by walls to make your view and experience of nature private overlooking the karoo landscape and parts of the beautiful mountain.

Mountain View Cottage

Nested at the foot of the mountain far away from all the units and facilities you will find the Buffelshoek dirosie lodge Mountain View Cottage. Relax in the jacuzzi in this unit overlooking the mountain. There is an indoor and outdoor shower with a private braai area and a small splash pool overlooking the karoo and mountains, with animals like kudu, springbuck and even giraffes roaming the fields.
